Shipping Guidelines

We ship all orders through UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that UPS requires a physical address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we may choose to ship via UPS or USPS. In such cases, a physical address is necessary instead of a PO Box.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day, provided all items are in stock. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Thursdays will ship the following Monday.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via phone or email with the following options:

  1. Wait for Restock: Delay shipment until the missing item is back in stock, and receive your complete order. We will provide an estimated restock timeframe.
  2. Receive Credit: Obtain a credit for the missing item and have the remaining items shipped immediately.
  3. Full Refund: Cancel the entire order and receive a complete refund.

Shipment Damages and/or Shortages

If you receive a package that is damaged, broken, or opened, resulting in a shortage of merchandise, the delivery driver must note this on their delivery sheet before you sign for the shipment. Immediately file a claim with the carrier. Retain the merchandise and packaging material for inspection by the carrier, as you cannot recover damages without these items.

While packaging is done very carefully, bulky items can sometimes go unnoticed between the packaging materials. It is important to check immediately that you have received all the items listed on your packing slip before discarding the packaging. If you find that an item or items are missing, you must file a claim with Spirituu within 5 days of receiving the order.
